-Availability

We always try to ensure that the stock levels shown on our product pages (after you've entered your location) are accurate,
but they remain subject to change without notice.

Your order will be delivered from the nearest available warehouse.
If there are any delays or other problems at all with your order, our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible,
and pass on any information from the manufacturer as soon as it becomes available

-We deliver to your home or office via our store network.

Our delivery network covers most addresses within Sydney area,
but not every service is available in every Australia area to avoid product damages.

If delivery is not available in your area (out of Sydney area),

(Delivery)
-To inner Sydney area,
Basically products are dispatched from Sydney Central Furniture store within 1~3 business days.
(Same day delivery also considerable depending on the courier schedule)
But local custom made products need 8~12 business days to be delivered.

Delivery charges and estimated times will depend on where your product is being delivered.
It will be charged per delivery, no matter how many items you purchased.
Pay for only one shipping cost for multiple items.

Please leave message of delivery date&time on order. 
We shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date&time.
But please make sure that we are unable to schedule all of deliveries at all of your requested times of day.
This allows our drivers to plan delivery runs that most efficiently reach all our customers.

-Late deliveries
Sometimes there are delays beyond our control.
Flat tyres, traffic jams or bad weather can hold us up.
We’ll inform you of any potential delay as soon as possible.

-To out of Sydney area: please inquire a shipping cost of us.

(Pick Up)- Everyday available
-Basically products are picked up from Sydney Central Furniture store in 1~3 business days. 
(Same day pick up also considerable depending on stocks) - need to inquire of it.
But local custom made products need 8~12 business days to be picked up.

-Pick up address: 54 Cooper St. Surry Hills NSW 2010
-Pick up time: 10am~7pm, 7days a week
(Please arrange the pick up date and time)



-You must ensure the correct delivery address and access details are provided to us. 
We shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date. 

Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 years and able to accept the delivery at the delivery address. 
A card(call or txt message) will be left and you are responsible for organizing collection from the address identified on the card,
if delivery cannot be made because an appropriate person is not present.
